Is it necessary to register to purchase?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Unlike many e-commerce platforms, since no one asks you for your identity card when you enter a physical store, we believe that in the virtual store it should work similarly. Whether you wish to receive registered user benefits is entirely your choice, and you can do so at any time.

 How does the tell-a-friend program work?

To access the "tell a friend" program, you must first request registration on the site, providing us with your name, surname and tax code. We will create a coupon in the system linked to your tax code which entitles you to a 10% discount on the (gross) amount of goods in the entire cart. This coupon can be redeemed by entering your tax code in the check-out form and can only be used (by you) once; but it doesn't end there! Your friends can use your tax code to get the same discount (that's why "tell a friend"). The mechanism remains valid for them too, regardless of whether they have used your tax code.

Why do you request the tax code?

Basically because, not doing tracking, we want to be sure we are dealing with real people. Furthermore, everyone knows their own tax code, it is a unique code, there is no need to invent or memorize cryptic codes, it is long enough not to be easily cracked; if you are a private individual it is necessary to provide it for the invoice in the checkout form, so we do not have to ask for other data.

Do you also sell abroad?

Within the EU without problems, in other European countries or outside Europe there may be customs restrictions or legislative limitations due to labelling. In any case we use the Euro as the currency and transport costs may vary depending on the distance. This site is optimized for selling in Italy. Get in touch with us for specific information.

Are your products really 100% natural?

The company was born making natural products and we will continue to make them that way. However, for purely technical reasons, it is not possible to guarantee 100% natural for all products. We prefer to be be clear and transparent, not doing green-washing.  However, all the bases are created with natural formulations and the active ingredients are essential oils and extracts which are natural by definition.
