Privacy general terms

The following text regulates the use of the site with regards to the management of privacy according to current legislation. This management could hypothetically be modified in the future, even for reasons beyond our control, so we recommend that you return to view the page from time to time.

Specifically, we distinguish various types of users who differ in this management: anonymous visitor, registered user and customer.

For the data of the anonymous visitor, we have decided not to do any type of profiling or tracking. The site's cookies are purely technical and expire when the session is closed. However, although we do everything to avoid it, some third-party software integrated into the systems (e.g. Google fonts) may contain tracking elements regardless of our will. These elements do not convey any information to us and the refusal to accept them does not compromise the use of the site. When the anonymous user completes a purchase on our servers, it is mandatory for him to provide a series of information necessary for the completion of the sales contract (see article on conditions) and is therefore considered a customer.

The registered user is the one who, regardless of having made a purchase (therefore becoming a customer), needs to interact with the company more closely and will therefore be asked for more specific information. This could be the case, for example, of agents, distributors, shopkeepers or people belonging to purchasing groups or direct sales systems. However, the information will be limited to specific use and will not be disclosed to third parties.
