Terms and conditions

The following text regulates the use of the site and regulates commercial transactions according to current legislation, in particular the directive on electronic commerce, n. 2000/31/EC and its implementation in the Italian legal system through legislative decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003. It is our intention to carefully follow the legal provisions, so if you find something in conflict with them on the site, please report it to us.

ORDERS

In order to place the order, simply search for the product or products you want, place them in the chosen number in the cart and proceed with payment. If you have discount codes or codes relating to special offers, they must be entered before completing the payment transaction. The order is passed to logistics only after the payment has been validated, therefore, in the case of payment by bank transfer, it may take a few days before the credit confirmation arrives from the bank.
 

PAYMENTS

Payment for the purchased goods is currently expected in the following ways:

- Bank transfer

- Paypal

We are working so that in the future other forms of secure payment can be used (credit cards, bitcoin....) or via other gateways (e.g. stripes), but if we are not absolutely certain of correct functioning, we prefer to use tested methods. For shopkeepers who wish to use the platform, being registered and known, we can agree on different forms.

SHIPPING

Shipping times and methods vary depending on the courier used and the delivery location. Couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday. It is possible to ship the products to an address other than your home (e.g. place of work).

Delivery by the carrier is generally carried out within 24/48 hours. 72 for the islands excluding public holidays. The indicated delivery terms start from the working day following the crediting of the payment, unless otherwise indicated.

Depending on the shipping service used by the company, if the recipient is not present at the first delivery attempt, the courier will send the customer an email indicating the failed delivery and will make a second pass the following day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful or if the Customer does not contact the courier, the package will be "in storage" with the courier itself. The courier will then communicate the stock to Uniest who, through Customer Service, will contact you in order to arrange delivery of the package.
 

The delivery of the Products is currently carried out only on Italian territory, with the exception of the Municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia.

Shipping is at the user's expense.

Shipping is free for orders over € 49

The couriers we normally use are: DHL, GLS, SDA.

Shipping to home means street level, unless otherwise provided for in the customer's request and valued accordingly. It will be possible to follow the shipment using the tracking number and/or link that will be sent to you by the carrier via e-mail at the conclusion of the purchase.
 

RETURNS

Given the nature of the items, the return of goods is not foreseen (art. 59 of the consumer code, pursuant to art. 7 of law 29 July 2003, n. 229 - Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206). However, we are aware that sometimes errors can happen (e.g. you order one thing and another arrives) or couriers can damage the goods. If you are in one of these circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us.
